During its regular meeting Aug. 12, council unanimously approved to install “Bee My Honey” — which won the 2012 People’s Choice award for the Art on Parade program — at the west fork of the Grange Hall Creek trail near Washington Street. The Northglenn Arts and Humanities Foundation bought the art work and gifted it to the city. The statue will be installed directly on a ground-level cement pad paid for by NAHF. A dedication will likely be held in the spring 2014.
