Commissioners urge YES on 1A & 1B
Adams County is a great place to live, work and recreate and in 30 years, it will be the third-largest county in Colorado — with more people than Denver. We must act now to plan for growth and to preserve our quality of life, our open spaces and our water quality.
Without increasing taxes, Adams County ballot issues 1A and 1B will provide the county and its cities the stability needed to plan for growth. They’ll continue existing successful programs to preserve land that protects water quality, maintain and improve roads and bridges, protect wetlands, rivers, and streams, ease congestion, protect open space to limit sprawl and maintain and improve parks.
When your ballot arrives in the mail, do yourself a favor: Flip to the end and vote YES on 1A and 1B first.
1A and 1B may be at the bottom of the ballot, but they are a top priority.
