April Patrick of Westminster, drops off her ballot at the Adams County Office complex at 12200 N. Pecos Street Oct. 31. The polls are scheduled to close at 7 p.m. Nov. 5 with voting for City Councilors in Northglenn, Thornton, Westminster and Federal Heights as well as two state referendums.
