Girls swimming

Brighton beat Northglenn 180-98 Feb. 23.

Emma Noffsinger of the Norse won the 50-yard freestyle in a time of 28.01 seconds. Rilee Nyberg swam to a first-place time of 1:19.56 in the 100- breaststroke. 

Wrestling

Thornton beat Northglenn 63-18 in a three-way meet in Northglenn Feb. 24. All of Northglenn's points came by way of forfeit wins.

Fruita Monument beat NHS 57-15 in that three-way meet. Marcus Aragon, Northglenn's 138-pounder, picked up a win, as did 285-pounder Aiden Kast.

Prairie View beat Northglenn 51-24 on the Norse's mats Feb. 26. NHS' only on-mat win came from Johnny Escalera at 120 pounds.

Girls basketball

Northglenn beat the Eagles 31-20 in Commerce City Feb. 23. Adriana Contreras Gomez scored six of the Eagles' points. No stats were available for the Norse.
