Opening on April 1 in the Solaire Shoppes at 9011 Harlan St. in Westminster, Front Range Signarama is providing signage products and services for not only local residents, but also people along the Front Range. The franchise is owned and operated by Larry and Barbara Godwin of Broomfield.

“Every business in the world needs a sign; there isn’t a business that doesn’t need some sort of signage regardless of its size,” Barbara said. “In many other industries there may only ever be a scant demand for a particular service, but 100 percent of businesses need signs, and we meet that need backed by an industry titan with a reputation worldwide as a signage leader. When starting your own company, that makes all the difference.”

About the owners

Instead of retiring, Larry and Barbara decided to venture into the world of signs together as a team. Barbara worked at Macy’s as a sales associate for 21 years and Larry worked as a Steinway and Yamaha dealer for 3 decades before opening Signarama.
“Neither of us were ready to retire,” Barbara said. “Signarama is an industry stalwart, so it became an obvious choice when we thought to start our own business. After discussions with Signarama corporate went so well, Larry and I made the decision to jump in.”

In his words
“We go above and beyond, which is the only way to build a business,” Larry said. “We’re not in it for a couple of months. We’ve invested heavily to build this business for the long term.”

Key business point

Signarama is more than just banners and signs. The Godwins provide a wide variety of products including: indoor and outdoor LED signs, electronic messaging signs, magnets, stickers, vehicle wraps and billboards. Larry said he specializes in custom products and color matching.

Key business point
Customer service is the Godwin’s number one priority. Larry and Barbara work closely with the customers to provide the best experience possible. They are involved with virtually every sale and are dedicated to meeting their customers’ needs.
